(Altamonte Springs, FL), March 16, 2023 – éclat Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Margareth Rossini to partner. She joins Founder and Managing Partner Kevin K. Ross-Andino and Partner Jolynn M. Falto-Tomas at the head of the firm. With over 20 years of legal experience in Brazil, she will lead éclat’s international law practice while continuing to manage aspects of the firm’s trial practice.
Margareth’s extensive attorney knowledge in areas of Brazilian law including Corporate Criminal Law, Civil Liability, Consumer and Elderly Relations, Regulation and Competition, and Management and Compliance in the Health Insurance market. Her line of study in international law, which follows both Food and Drug Association (FDA) regulation and import and export agreements, especially contributes to the international arbitration opportunities available to éclat Law’s litigation department. Most recently, Margareth served as éclat Law’s Director of Legal Services where she provided outstanding administrative support to the firm for years.
