KILLGORE PEARLMAN AND ECLAT LAW TO PRESENT SMALL BUSINESS LEGAL CLINIC FOR OVIEDO-WINTER SPRINGS REGIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Oviedo, FL: June 2, 2020 – Bridget Lake, Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce (OWSRCC) President, announced that the law firms of Killgore Pearlman Semanie Denius & Squires, P.A. (Killgore Pearlman) and éclat Law (éclat) will be offering chamber members a complimentary legal consultation for issues related to a limited scope of subjects associated with COVID-19.
The 30-minute consultations would be available only to qualified OWSRCC chamber members and would be limited to specific subject matter. Killgore Pearlman will talk to members about landlord/tenant, corporate and business contracts, and borrowing issues related to COVID-19, while éclat will talk to members about business interruption insurance claims resulting from COVID-19.
Philip S. Kaprow, Esquire, of Killgore Pearlman and OWSRCC board member explains: “Our firm wants to do something to assist small businesses that have been affected by the pandemic while also generating good will within our community. Our firm is deeply invested in the chamber, which created the catalyst for us to be able to help both the chamber and its members simultaneously.”
