Stephen Milbrath

Stephen Milbrath is double Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation and Intellectual Property Law and holds over 40 years of experience in law. Stephen has substantial experience in the trial and appeals of complex cases of many kinds in all phases of intellectual property and business law, including patent and trademark cases, antitrust cases, copyright cases, and business and fraud disputes.
Stephen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Dwain Box, for the Oklahoma Court of Appeals, Division I. Stephen was an assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida from 1980 to 1983. Stephen is Affiliated with The Florida Bar: Business Law Section, Member: Intellectual Property Committee and Computer and Cyber Law Committees.
