Jolynn M. Falto is a partner and trial attorney for éclat Law, LLP, an innovative general civil trial firm dedicated to delivering client-focused solutions in the practice areas of civil rights and employment law, complex litigation, business law, and entertainment and arts. Jolynn has been a civil trial attorney, with éclat since 2017 and is a member of the firm’s employment, complex and class action litigation teams. Although she handles a wide range of civil matters, her primary focus includes representing employees and companies in wage claims, civil rights violations, and other employment related disputes. Jolynn also represents individuals and businesses in disputes involving governmental entities and insurance companies.

The NTL also has added her to its 40 Under 40 executive committee. In addition, she has been admitted to The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
