Director of Marketing and Business Development
A dynamic and devoted community leader, Bridget Lake joined éclat Law, LLP in 2021 as Director of Marketing & Business Development. She brings a passion for connecting people and helping others, strategic relationship-building skills, and innovative leadership expertise to her position. Bridget uses her talents to represent éclat within the community and industry, coordinate special events, and oversee all marketing efforts. Founded in 2015 in Central Florida, the firm is dedicated to delivering client-focused solutions in the practice areas of civil rights and employment law, complex litigation, business law, and entertainment and arts while remaining committed to serving the needs of their clients and community both in and out of the courtroom.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Bridget served the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce (OWSRCC) for over ten years, first as Senior Director of Sponsorships & Events and then President/CEO. She joined éclat in 2021 and, much like its attorneys and staff, is devoted to serving her community. Through her work with OWSRCC, Bridget has received an Online Communications Award by the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals and the Best Chamber of Commerce Award by The Orlando Business Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Northeastern Illinois University.
Bridget actively supports the OWSRCC, Leadership Seminole, and Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses, Inc. (FAVOB), as well as numerous non-profit organizations. She recently became President of éclat Law’s Foundation for Community Action, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering the success of our community through partnerships with a focus on veterans, arts & culture, and local nonprofits; as well as ART@éclat, the in-office art gallery which features the works of emerging artists in Florida and provides scholarships for visual arts college students. In addition, she has served on the board of Leadership Seminole and is currently co-chairing a team to raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
An avid runner, Bridget has been known to participate in various fitness challenges, such as the 25 Push-up Challenge which raised awareness for veterans affected by PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and various 5K races benefitting her causes or community. She also enjoys scuba diving with her husband, John, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
