Ross-Andino assembled a team of attorneys, consultants, and professional staff to bring his very own vision to life. Mr. Ross-Andino, our Founder and Managing Partner, founded éclat Law in 2015, driven by a desire to bring common sense back into the practice of law and to positively impact his community. He strives to not only empower his clients, but his community at large as well.

In 2019, Mr. Ross-Andino founded éclat Law’s Foundation for Community Action, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the success of our community through partnerships, supporting veterans, local nonprofits, and arts & culture. Through his foundation, Mr. Ross-Andino established ART@éclat, a one-of-a-kind contemporary art gallery experience that supports over 30 local Florida artists of all kinds and provides them with a place to display their artwork free of charge and receive 100% of their art sales. In 2022, the foundation partnered with the University of Central Florida’s School of Visual Arts and Design to create a $5,000 Art Prize for a Master of Fine Arts student. Mr. Ross-Andino and the team here at éclat Law have the ambition to influence the community in a great way and to leave an everlasting impact on our Central Florida communities not only in the near future, but beyond.
