Litigation – Environmental

Our environmental litigation attorneys provide comprehensive counsel on interrelated regulatory and litigation challenges involving environmental issues. Our most recent work has involved litigation in various jurisdictions related to the release of a pollutant into the environment in circumstances involving allegations of injury to human health and the environment, as well as natural resources. In support of this natural resource damages litigation, our attorneys have developed and implemented litigation strategies, managed the selection, preparation, development, deposition and Daubert challenges of scores of experts in every environmental specialty, including: marine biology, hydrogeology, toxicology, geochemistry, natural resource economics, environmental toxicology, and industrial standards of care.
